Tucker has been going on pee pads since the day I brought him home. He'll be 8 months old on Nov 1st. Never had a problem with him lifting his leg in the house. He kindda squats/lifts at the same time. He'll miss the pad once in awhile, hitting the edge, but does teriffic with his pee pads. So I'd say yes, it's possible to train boy Yorkies to go on pee pads. I still reward him with "Good Boy" and give him a Cherrio.
