Until you fix you photo software there is anther way to do it. Just go to "My computer" and click opens the "disk" with the pictures on it. You can copy and paste these to another folder. My computer shows the camera card as "removable disk g", yours might show it as something else, but just open each of these, until you find the pictures.
I think you can also use different software than what originally came with your camera, I like adobe, but sometimes I just get the photos manually. |
