Susan Davis really believes in variety too -- she fully supports raw and feeds her own dogs raw, but she really does encourage folks to still cook some white fish or salmon or whatever and rotate that in to provided variety and prevent boredom (and prevent acq. allergies probably too). I gathered from her that IF you were going to feed *one* way, raw is really best -- BUT, the *best, best, best* way is to feed raw, but include variety (cooked stuff) as well. Just like in humans, variety is the key to overall nutrition. Interesting, huh?
