That's the way Gracie was. A little groggy and clingly the day after. She just wanted to lay on the couch all snuggled up with me. The next day you wouldn't have known she'd just had major surgery. She was raring to go!
I spoiled her that first day with lots of treats, special food and lots of attention. But I think it did more to comfort me then her.
She never bother her stitches so no need for a cone or onies. Keeping her out of water was the hardest thing. She loves the water!
