When you buy the collar rub your finger around the inside to make sure there are no really hard places that will hurt his neck or irratate it. When I was buying callie a new one I noticed a lot of them have hard stiching on the inside but most of the little pals or called something like that at petsmart didnt have that but its something that could bother or hurt him.
