Have you tried maybe putting a pee pad down in your bedroom. I know you don't want him to go in there at all, but maybe he will adapt to just going there and then slowly not at all. Also, I agree that if you haven't talked to your vet about this issue, you may want to. Neutering may, indeed, reduce this problem.
