I completely understand what you're going through! We'd keep him in a room w/ linoleum while at work w/ a pee pad by the door. After he hadn't gotten the pee pad down pat at 5/6 months, I eventually just reverted back to when he was 10 weeks old and started taking him outside every 2 hours again. We'd manually have him scratch the door w/ his paw before we'd go out. Then one day I was cooking supper and he went to the door and scratched himself! It was a miracle! Then he'd revert back and have a bad couple days then start scratching at the door again. Until he was almost 1!!!!
I was so against the dog using the deck as a toilet, but then I would rather that then in the house so when he actually started making it to the deck I was thrilled! We just slowly moved it to the grass!
One day though... I know it won't be soon enough, she'll just suddenly get it! Promise!!!
Be glad that you don't have a boy who is potty trained completely... except to mark his corners... belly bands have solved that for me! I think we're about to be free of belly bands too!
Just keep it up, Remember you love your baby and she loves you even more even though you are really frustrated at times!!!
