Is it on the outside of the skin or a little ball under the skin?
If it's the latter is could be a cyst. I would certainly have it
checked to put my mind at ease and my baby out of harms
way. Especially if it has grown. Doubt it is from a flea bite.
Since he has had no injections in the area recently it's best
to have him vet checked.
