Default High Lipase Levels???

I took my Sebestian to the vet today because he has been acting a little different for the past couple of days. ( not being able to get comfortable, bad gas, stool a bit runny, etc.) I thought maybe his glands needed to be expressed and a fecal needed to be done to see if there was some sort of a parasite. Well, my vet calls and says that everything checked out fine expect his lipase levels are double what they should be. Has anyone experienced this with their yorkie? I'm on here fishing for additional information before I go pick him up today. Does anyone know what could cause this sort of increase in his lipase levels? Is this something that I should be extremely concerned about or does antibiotics usually take care of this sort of thing? Any information, suggestions, would greatly be appreciated.
