Collars that move to get your dog to look at you do to deafness are a good thing saves on you having to bang the table or stomp your feet.
Thougths are that the gang at blind dogs ( Pm me for link) would have the info you want or can point you in the right direction, these guys work with both blind and deaf.
I also think somewhere there would be a deaf dog group on line.
Admin hope it is ok to direct to another group as if she goes and learns where they know, she can come back and teach us.
