If I do this and the jar last 3 days will it be still be to much? I dont want to harm her little system but I cant not let her eat either. My husband thought I was crazy for buying her baby food and he said that she will eat when she gets hungry enough and I argued with him for an hour that she wouldnt. He said that a dog will not let its self starve, maybe not however because of her size Im not willing to wait to find that out. |
Most dogs won't let themselves starve but the other side of that is they don't understand that they could go hypoglycemic if they don't eat... So if is best to force the issue. Seven percent is not high but that hasn't been converted to dry matter basis, so it might be higher than it looks. Does the jar list moisture content?
