You can make on easily. Measure enough elastic that it will reach around their waist & not stretch and and tie the ends. Next take tulle and cut into 2" x 6" strips. Now tie them onto the elastic. I tied twice = a knot in the center of the tulle. I have a pic of Angelo wearing the one I made. If you need pics I can make a tutorial.
