Here are a couple pics. Pretty much you keep doing the strips over and over until the tutu is very full. Its takes awhile and some patience. But its so cute when done. You could even add some spray glitter or bling. |
and then when its done do you just sew the elastic end together?...are the knots uncomfortable to them?
