What i'm about to suggest is a pill..HOWEVER it's all natural and i give it to a lot of my patients. Go to GNC or Whole foods..or some all natural wholistic shop nearby and purchase something called Melatonin. We all have melatonin in our body's..some just lack less than others. Take it right before you go to bed...not before. Cause your problem isnt getting to sleep...its staying asleep. Buy a small bottle..give it a try. Works wonders on the kids I work with.
