How is your girl today? The disc may be the majority of the problem...her walking hunched over, tail down and shivering can all be signs of pain. I'm not sure about the vomiting and blood in the stool though. Has she been straining to go to the bathroom? It could be possible if she's having a lot of pain from the disc that she is straining to go and that could cause blood in the stool. You might want to ask your vet about that to be sure...hopefully that's all it is and it will put your mind at ease.
