so I have a hard time sleeping... I always have... the weird thing is though is that right now my schedule! so i will go to sleep around 10:00-10:30pm and then I wake up anytime between 2:00-4:00am... and CANT get back to sleep until anywhere between 8:00-12:00


and by that time im sooooooooooooooooooo tired that theres NO way I can stay up... but there are times that I have stayed up to watch my husbands sisters baby, and I still wake up in the middle of the night...

the cycle just keeps repeating itself... I have in the past been on sleeping pills but they have never worked for me...

and plus I HATE taking pills... does ANYONE have ANY suggestions??? thanks in advance
