 sick 7 yr old female yorkie

I am new to the forum.. I am trying to find someone who may have the similar problems. My 7 year old female yorkie has been sick for about 5 days now. She 1st vomitted 5 days ago, then she was very very lathargic the next day. I am not sue if the vomitting is realted to her current problem because she has not vomitted since. She walks hunched over, tail down, head down. She will shiver off and on. Today I noticed blood in her stool for the 1st time.
We have been to the vet three times and the only thing she can see is she has a degenerative disc. She gave us meds for that (metacam) but it has done nothing in 2 days. She has ruled out liver and kidney problems. She gave her an enema on her 2nd visit in case she was constipated. Xrays did not show anything but the disc problem.
I don't think the disc is the real problem here.
Anyone have any thoughts?
