I'm not trying to be rude and I don't blame you for being irritated, but try not to take it out on the girl at the window. She may have been new or may have been having a bad day. I work drive through, and I hate it, and people who are obviously having a bad day come through and make my day worse, and that's not fair to anyone. I'm sure she didn't mean to be rude. She may have had a headset on and was getting an order - there have been many times where I haven't been able to say anything to the customer ("Have a nice day") because either there is a long line of food waiting to be packed or there is another car waiting. It's more complicated than one might think (
