yes it is probably dry skin. I found for Layla what helped was giving her an oatmeal bath. I used quick oats and put them in the foot end of a nylon- tie it up and use it as a sponge and just sponge her down- rinse it off and dry her up. Also you can give Omega 3 and 6's with Vitamin E to help her skin and coat
