I don't have any suggestions but I also noticed fishy smells on Sebastian as well. It's not all the time though. I'm trying to pinpoint why but I can't seem to figure it out. Sometimes his breath smells more foul than other times and his bottom will have a fish smell. I'm totally dumb founded too.
