Have you taken them to the vet as of yet? if they are new babies and been at a kennals they could have dermatitis which happens if the kennals are not cleaned and they are not taken care of the proper way.. Also a good puppy food would be good Eagles pack chicken and rice is what i have my babies on and works great. you can PM me if you would like and you do live somewhat close..
