I think the price might be a bit high (not saying you can't find someone to move in at that price) -- but if you divide 2,000 by 3 -- it only works out to 666. Maybe lowering it to $625 w/one third of the utilities would be more attractive to potential renters?
I would also agree with a previous poster to change it to be more of a roomate wanted since it truly isn't an actual seperate apartment.
In Boston I know it was very common to have to have roomates to get by, but they shared the rent in an even 3 way split (even if they were a couple) or the tenants that had been there the longest sometimes paid a bit more since it was originally their responsibility.
