3 weeks! Oh my! I always wait 6-9 weeks after each baby. Your body needs that time to heal and you are more prone to infection during that time as well. Have you had your postpartum check up?
I never get my period back until I am either done nursing, or the earliest I got it back while nursing was just last month when Kiana was 15 months old.
