Not sure about the cheap, but... I think it is:

Toss some mixed frozen veggies into a pan... (with a little olive oil at the bottom)....(and maybe a little water)... when they're defrosted, toss in a can of meat of some type..like canned turkey or chicken. Toss in a scoop of Cous-Cous (buy it in bulk in a baggie by weight someplace).. or toss in a scoop of Rice ... or a scoop of Egg Noodles... then let that simmer for a while in it's own juices ...toss in some spices of your own imagination, like garlic, "Old Bay", etc.... use imagination.... or even if you want to splurge, toss in a packet of that pre-made oriental spice thing you find in the spice packet mixes (usually by the gravy mixes).... Cook til done. My husband loves it. I have no set plan on the spicing, I just do what comes to mind at the time.
