This is the way I delete them, highlight one of them you want to delete, hold down your "ctrl" key and move your cursor to the next pic and click it, to the next and click, etc. until you've highlighted them all you want deleted, then click delete.
I've had to take so many shots, it can still take awhile to delete them even this way
