Nacho Casserole
Ground Beef
Shredded Cheese (cheaper to buy the block and shred it yourself)
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1 jar salsa
1 bag of Doritos
Brown ground beef in skillet. Pour salsa and soup in a bowl and stir together. Microwave for 1 minute. Mix in drained ground beef. Now in layer Doritos on the bottom of a rectangular baking dish. Spread beef mixture on top. Cover in cheese. Bake in the oven at 375 until cheese is melted.
