I bought a onesie for Mocha when I had him neutered. He didn't do well with an e-collar, so I bought him a onesie in a premie size and it was perfect for him! Of course, I had to cut out a hole for his tail, but it was perfect everywhere else
He was a hair under 3lbs, and the premie size was perfect. For a 4-5lbs baby, I'd say maybe try size 3-6 months?
Edit: Sorry, forgot to add that you should get the print on the back. If it's on the front, you won't be able to see it at all.
