ddejongvff@yahoo.com). I ordered from her too, and I got mine! The "surprise" was actually an extra bow! They came out so great!! Try emailing her or pm'ing her. That's what I did after she was having those problems with the water heater (I think) and she responded right away. She was very nice to me, and apologized for the delay.
