My Mocha will be 8 months on the 8th. She has loads of grey hair on her top knot. We think it's very adorable, but of course, we're biased. I haven't really tidied her up cos I'm planning to grow her coat a bit longer, so now she looks like a mess of colors. |

Same with Bella...a mess of colors!! But I love it!!! I keep her long too, so the only grooming that's been done on her is ears tipped, girly parts and bottom shaved, and shaved between the pads. She is 6 mo. now but when she first started changing, her head started turning white right in the center....looked like her hair was thinning and she was going bald for awhile because the white was so pronouced with the black surrounding it. Now she has more white all over her head, but I can see blonde at the base of those white hairs! I don't really notice it much when her hair is down, but I keep her in a top knot, so it's easier to see!!
Their colors change so much for quite awhile....you should check out this thread:
http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/my-...sion-pics.html. My favorite change is post #35 on page 3....now that's some changing!!! In the second pick it looked like he was going to be blue and tan, but he fooled you!! The third pic shows the change to the 4th pick....pretty much all golden. I think the all golden Yorkies are just BEAUTIFUL!!! Check out all the others so you can see what some progressions look like.
