What I do right now, I buy human's hospital pads
It's exactly twice the size of the pad frame so I get two for the price of one, and the price is already cheaper than wee wee pads, so I save even more.
I would buy washable if it's available here. Unfortunately it's not, so I have to find out how to make one.
