I checked last week and now this week again - but this website seems to be gone

I used to use it as one of my main vaccination sites -- I have a couple other ones, but nothing that I liked as much as this one (it had that great chart - thankfully, I made a spreadsheet of my own that basically captured the data).

Anyone have other Vax websites that were like this one?
