Crystal, Dr. Dodd's recommends giving an infant multivitamin drop with the dosage according to weight.
That's the easy part.
The tricky part is the calcium/phosphorus ratio. I think you either have to follow a recipe that specifies which supplements to add or consult a nutritionist.
I have diet for liver compromised dogs (Lady has liver damage from years of seizure medications). I follow it to a "T"!
1 cup raw rice
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 egg
1 cup diced poultry
1 T canola oil
1 tsp bone meal
1 tsp salt substitute
This diet contains 19 grams of protein.
