OMG this am the rain and wind was so bad.
I put his raincoat on and had an unmbrella in one
had and his leash in the other and opened the storm door
to go out and he dashed out at the same time the storm
door was closed by the wind leaving his right leg in the door.
He screamed so bad and started biting my coat with anger.
I was so scared. Once I was able to open the door he calmed
down and let me check his leg. Holy cow I'm sure it was sore.
He walked ok on it to potty and I carried him back home.
He's never been injured before. What do I look for? If he's walking
on it can I assume it's not broken? I feel so bad. That darn door
slammed with such force I only pray he's ok tonight when I get home.
Poor Buddy.
I laugh now at how he reacted being angry at me and getting
aggresive growling and biting my coat. I know what it feels like to get
your finger caught in the door so I can just imagine his pain when it
happened. Just say a little prayer for him that it's only sore and not
broken.
