Thanks for the advice! We were actually using human's conditioner on my shihtzu and it's still very dry... So I went without for Mocha until we can find a good doggy conditioner. And the kind of Pantene we have over here is different. I think even the formula is different.. I'm not sure if this is because of marketing, or cost, or anything else.
