Our little fur babies do not have an undercoat to keep them real warm.
We use heating blankets, heating wraps and heating pads as well as having lots of thick baby blankets, purchased at Target, WalMart or Marshall's.
Our CoCo loves being wrapped up like a baby in it. When she is warm enough is stretches out on the floor to cool off and then is fine for a while.
