Ok I just thought of something LOL. You know those really really soft pastel purple heart PJ's that we got Pia and Tatum from Shana? Ok...well I remember we both bought a size tiny (or was it called extra tiny? heck I can't remember LOL)
ANYWAY! I was thinking to myself (as I put these little Target PJ's on Stedman tonight lol) "These look about the same size as the pastel heart size tiny/extra tiny PJ's" - so, I went and held them up to the heart PJ's and YEP!!
They are almost the exact same size...but in fact, the heart PJ's may even be a little bigger...not much, but a little bit
So, you should have luck with them for Pia after all!!
I just wanted to give you a size comparison so that you know about what size they are in person
