I have ordered bows from her also and the first set took awhile to get, but that was during her house flooding. I reordered more bows and never received them. I emailed her (ddejongvff@yahoo.com) and she sent out a replacement set to me and I received them within 4 days. I know she did mention that she was having some problems with her post office. Hope that you get your bows also.
