Thanks for all your responses. I'll definitely keep walking him then, he loves his daily walk. He does have tons of clothes to keep him warm. We are now running into the problem that his sweaters covers his whole belly so when he pees outside, it stays in his sweater (yuck!) so i'm trying to alter it where the portion under his belly has room for him to pee.
