Probably 99% of time it's safe, but I just cut with a scissors, so that no razor buns will ever occur. Short hair looks better than bald in my opinion. Some kind of look like a little baboon butt, and shave way to much.
My Edie is acting very strangely since the mobile groomer came to our house on Saturday. I think that she got her butt shaved a bit too close. Poor thing. The skin isn't broken, but she insists on sitting all the time, and I think it must be very itchy. I think it will go away after a few days, but I am not going to put her through this again! She seems miserable! Is there anything I can put on it to make her feel better?
