Hope Lyla improves to the best she can. I have been dealing with my Julz and kidney failure too, you are not alone. I was just given another blow today that her blood work values are not good, in fact they are doubled. We just started her on SQ and Carefate treatments for a little over a week and her blood was drawn last Sat and her BUN was at 210 and creatinine is 3.6.
She does eat for us but not her food. She is eating cream wheat in the mornings and boiled chicken/pasta in the afternoon and again at night. She doesn't drink too much but i do make everything very soupy.
I'm sorry we are going through this but I'm glad i came across this site, i find it very informative.
