Someone PM'd me and said that she asked someone at the front desk and they said that they would be putting their Chirstmas things out soon - so maybe your Target just hasn't put all their Chirstmas doggie items out yet either . I would ask someone about it the next time your in there
Actually though I think Pia would fit in the size XS. They are actually very little PJ's - when you see them in person it looks like they would fit a little puppy lol. I honestly do think she'd fit, but if you want PM me or post here and I'll measure them for ya
