I don't eat a whole lot of any kind of meat not because I'm against it or anything like that but because I'm really really picky about how it's cut and how it's cooked.. I really will only eat it if I've looked it over and prepared it myself. It's hard to find any kind of good vegetarian food in a big beef city like Lubbock but I try.
