Default Could it be Reverse Sneezing or Collasped Treachea? Help!

Zoe is 1 1/2 years old and has never experienced this until last week when she got sick. It's almost like she is choking. I took her to the vet and she has upper respiratory infection and was given two shots and amoxcillion. She has always been spunky and spicy but she just wants to sleep alot. If she plays she gets to coughing and also sometimes wakes up with this cough where her chest almost caves in. I took her back to the vet a couple of days later and of course she never coughed once there. They said she does not have kennel cough. She is eating and drinking. I don't what to make of it. Its got me worried. I want my spicy girl back!!! I think is reverse sneezing or collasped trachea as I read that an upper respiratory infection may bring out a collasped trachea even if they have never showed symptons of one. What do you thinK? I appreciate your help.
