Her sister (from the same litter) who resides with my mom, barks a lot and has for the last month. Stawberry, however, has only barked a few times and it was like a half bark...but she can growl.

I thought maybe she just isn't into it since her sister does it for her, but Strawberry is far more outgoing and energetic than Peachu so that theory seems a bit wrong. Haha.

I am trying to teach her to say '"woof" open door'! So far I have a growl at me when she wants out, but when we get to the door....nothing! Hahaha!

How can you teach a dog to bark? I sound ridiculous trying to make her bark. I am out there saying 'woof woof' over and over and my neighbors probably think I am nuts!

Anyone else have a puppy not barking? Is it something she will grow into?
