I was at the shelter before they opened, this little girl has 2 holds, the first has to claim her on Oct 31, the second by the first days of Nov, I gave all my information just in case.
Even if I dial the number in their site, the call does not go to them, it goes through 311 operator, and they transfer you to them, tht's why when I called Sat, and Sun. I was in hold forever, with the elections and early voting they are busier than usual .
