It is very hard to get a nice yorkie from a reputable breeder, it was something I didn't expect when looking for my first yorkie. No one wants to give you a nice dog if you have never finished one before. Well I love the puppy part and the training part, but as I get older I am not so thrilled with the showing part. So I thought this year I would place a few into show homes with others as long as they had a handler I could trust.
I have been showing dogs for almost 30 years and I have always loved helping new people get started. I am not sure I am a great mentor in this breed yet but I hope I will be someday.
