Mocha used to not bark ever, then nowadays, at night in my room, when she hears someone moving about outside the room, she will bark for a little while. I think she's learning from my older dog, who barks when there are sounds at the gate.
So one barks when there are noises at the gate, one barks when there are noises outside of the room, but only at night. GREAT guard dogs
