My max is about 8 months now and this is my first Yorkie... Im used to German Shephards...
I have to say thatn Yorkies have a mind of their own.. Max and I are still learning how to sit and come on command. Some times he has no problems and other days ( most days ) he is just doing what ever he feels like..
These small dogs are special to train for sure.. It takes a long long time but eventually they will get it. I dont think its because they are "dumb" but because they really only do what ever they feel like..
I might be wrong but thats my impression. All i can say no matter what Max does.. I really love that little guy!! |
