my Gracie didnt bark for awhile... but sure enough... shes a barker!!! lol I use the bells too... but now she whines when she needs to go out... and she will ring the bells too... with all yorkies they are diff.. but with Gracie if Im not on the main level shes with me... and she will whine if she needs to go potty... so good luck on that...
