It's ok to spay her now at 6 months and they can pull any retaining baby teeth at this time as well. Some vets require over night but I've left them and brought them home after surgery and I do prefer them coming home when they are able in the evening of the surgery. I'm glad to hear you are having her spayed. I do recommend "HIGHLY" to have her spayed before her first heat and 6 months is a great time to have it done
